President Tinubu has announced that all 38 kidnapped Christian worshippers of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Eruku, Ekiti LGA in Kwara State have been rescued.
He also confirmed that 51 of the over 300 abducted students in Niger State have been released.
The President said he is closely monitoring the security situation across the country and receiving constant updates from the frontline.
He added that he will not relent in securing Nigeria because the safety of citizens is their right:
“Let me be clear: I will not relent. Every Nigerian, in every state, has the right to safety — and under my watch, we will secure this nation and protect our people.”
