The Ebonyi State Acting Governor, Princess Patricia Onyemaechi Obila, GCEHF, has hailed the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru as the best-performing Governor in Nigeria. She expressed her appreciation to him and the First Lady, Chief Mrs Uzoamaka Mary-Maudline Ogbonna Nwifuru, for the opportunity to serve as Acting Governor.
The Acting Governor made this commendation during an Interdenominational Thanksgiving Mass officiated by the Catholic Bishop of Abakaliki Diocese, Most Reverend Dr. Peter Nworie Chukwu, at the Government House Chapel, Ochoudo Centenary City, Abakaliki.
Princess Obila stated that she had inspected numerous impactful projects across the 13 Local Government Areas, initiated by the Governor Nwifuru-led administration. She expressed gratitude to God for His grace upon the Governor and assured that most projects would be ready for commissioning before the end of the year.
The Acting Governor informed Ebonyians that Governor Nwifuru would soon return from overseas to continue his good works in the state. She commended the Catholic Bishop of Abakaliki Diocese and the entire Christian community for their prayers.
